The information contained in the Safety data sheet must be drawn up by a competent person taking into account the specific needs and knowledge of users. Liability Art. 2043-2049 c.c., possible culpa in eligendo.
A simple piece of software that is not sufficient to guarantee correctness of the information contained in the SDS.
As required by Reach who develops safety data sheets must be able to ensure the necessary experience to carry out this task and ensure the continuous updating of skills.

- Reach Compliance
- Conformity of the products, and the compilation of the dossier BPR
- PCN codes and UFI
- Agreements for the supply and production behalf of a third party
- Declaration COV
