Consultants ADR
Any company that carries out operations with Dangerous Goods must necessarily designate one or more advisers ADR for this activity. (as witnessed by the D. L. n°35 2010 in article 11, paragraph 1, except for specific exemptions covered by the ADR).
The ADR Consultant shares with the owner of the company the civil and criminal liability of the transport of dangerous goods; and ensures the training of personnel (production, warehouse, logistics), writes the procedures for safe handling and verifies the application. Sometimes also works to raise awareness for the workers who do not work directly with the dangerous goods, but for which their work can interfere with the management of the other operators; as, for example the commercial.
