PPWR · Packaging and documentation

Regulation (EU) 2025/40 applies from 12 August 2026, with different deadlines for individual requirements. When answering customer questionnaires, start with the packaging you actually use and the documents available.

Clarify the role of the company in the supply chain.
Identify the products, formats and components covered by the request.
Check the applicable requirements and the deadlines.
Collect supplier data sheets and declarations to support your answers.

Professional update · ADR 2027

On 23 October 2026, Angela Santoro attended the three-hour webinar on the changes introduced by ADR 2027, organised by Flashpoint Learning. A certificate of attendance was issued after the event.

Product names, images and graphics should clearly communicate the product’s function and intended use, avoiding confusion with other categories. Before a reprint or launch, we suggest three practical checks:

Compare the latest authorised label with the artwork intended for printing.
Review the name, images and messages from the user’s perspective.
Check consistency across the packaging, website and sales literature, involving both regulatory and marketing teams.

Keeping these materials in one file helps identify inconsistencies and prioritise revisions.
