Liability Art. 2043-2049 c.c., possible culpa in eligendo.<\/p>\r\n<p>A simple piece of software that is not sufficient to guarantee correctness of the information contained in the SDS.<\/p>\r\n<p>As required by Reach who develops safety data sheets must be able to ensure the necessary experience to carry out this task and ensure the continuous updating of skills.<\/p>\r\n<p>We employ only consultants with the necessary requirements for the carrying out of such activities and, with specific experience in the sector:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Reach Compliance<\/li>\r\n<li>Conformity of the products, and the compilation of the dossier BPR<\/li>\r\n<li>PCN codes and UFI<\/li>\r\n<li>Agreements for the supply and production behalf of a third party<\/li>\r\n<li>Declaration COV<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsabili Schede di Sicurezza Le informazioni contenute nella Scheda di Sicurezza devono essere redatte da una persona competente che tenga conto delle necessit\u00e0 particolari e delle conoscenze degli utilizzatori.
